Bruce Yates is an investment manager by day, but it is his hobby – underwater photography, under the moniker Underwater Reflections – that has been receiving attention lately. On August 18, 2010, he and his photography were featured on Evening Magazine, produced by King 5 TV, Seattle’s NBC Affiliate. Yates is president of Appropriate Balance Financial Services, Inc.
